Gemaakt van 100% Moscato bianco druiven, oorspronkelijk uit Frankrijk en werd naar Itali\u00eb gebracht in de 13e eeuw. Het wijnhuis Cascina Fonda ligt in de heuvels van Langhe in <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/regio\/italie\/piedmont-piemonte\/\">Pi\u00ebmonte.<\/a> Dit ligt in het hart van Loazzolo, een apart gebied dat gekruist worden door de Marin, een aanlandige wind dat komt van de Mar Ligure. Deze wind bevordert de rijping van de druiven, waardoor de aroma\u2019s en smaken worden verhoogd.<\/p>\n<p>Het heeft een intens en zeer fruitig aroma, met een geur van exotisch fruit en vlierbloesem. Dit is een zeer duidelijk voorbeeld van de muskaatdruif. Door middel van terugkoeling en filtratie van de gestopte gisting verkrijg je een laag alcoholpercentage en een duidelijk restzoet.
