Zwoel rood fruit, rozijnen en vol van smaak<\/h2>\n

De Baglio Gibellina U Passimiento is een rode wijn waar je het zwoele Zuid-Italiaanse klimaat in proeft. Barstensvol zwoel rood fruit. In de geur heel geconcentreerd donkerrood fruit en veel kers. Warme smaken van vanille en eik zijn ook aanwezig. Een klein restzoetje van de gedroogde druiven geeft deze wijn een vriendelijk effect. Wat een spectaculaire wijn voor een mooie prijs.<\/p>\n

De wijn komt van het eiland Sicili\u00eb en is gemaakt van twee druiven: Nero d’Avola<\/a> (70%) en Frappato<\/a> (30%). Deze druiven zijn de meest bekende lokale rode druivensoorten van het eiland. Minder gebruikelijk maar wel heel geslaagd is het toegepaste vinificatieproces. De Frappato wordt relatief vroeg geoogst met als gevolg dat veel frisheid wordt bewaard. De Nero d’Avola daarentegen laat men juist lang hangen.<\/p>\n

Op het winderige eiland drogen de druiven aan de stok en worden pas geplukt als ze heel rijp en veel suikers bevatten. Dat is vaak pas aan het einde van de herfst. Eerst wordt een deel van de druiven verder gedroogd volgens de ‘Passimiento’ methode. Vervolgens worden de druiven achtereenvolgens geperst, gevinifieerd en rijpt de wijn een aantal maanden op eikenhout. Wanneer de wijnen van beide druivensoorten uit-ontwikkeld, pas dan worden ze geblend tot de Baglio Gibellina U Passimiento.<\/p>\n

Baglio Gibellina U passimiento \u00a0<\/span>smaak en wijn-spijs<\/h2>\n

De ingedroogde druiven geven de Baglio GibellinaU Passimiento een krachtige en unieke smaak. Een volle wijn met veel gedroogd fruit als vijg, rozijn, krent en zwarte kers met zachte tannines. Doordat de wijn heel toegankelijk is, combineert hij ook gemakkelijk bij veel gerechten. Pasta, pizza of gewoon een stukje vlees. Deze wijn maakt alles net even wat lekkerder. Deze wijn is echt een aanrader als je iets bijzonders op tafel wilt zetten. En zeker voor deze prijs!<\/p>\n
