Nog frisse crispy nachten en dan stralende zonneschijn. De geur van witte bloesem, vers gemaaid gras, citrus en appeltjes. De smaak is levendig en helder met slechts een vleugje grapefruit-pitbitterheid, typisch voor de Verdejo-druif.\u00a0 Direct van de pers, super stuivend en kraakhelder. Joven, dus geen houtrijping hier en alles op RVS vergist. Dit voor behoud van de totale frisheid en zijn primaire aroma&#8217;s. Een verfrissend aperitief en perfect bij tapas, geitenkaasjes, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.receptenkoken.nl\/salade-met-gegrilde-groenten\/\">salades met gegrilde groente<\/a>, groene asperges of een visje dan een gambaatje van de grill!<\/p>\n<p>Rueda is h\u00e9t historische wijngebied voor witte wijn in Spanje. Vroeger stond hier de palomino druif centraal, omdat er sherryachtige wijn werd gemaakt. In de jaren &#8217;70 nam de Verdejo het door initiatief\u00a0 het roer over. Deze wijn is vers van de pers, super stuivend en kraakhelder.\u00a0 Zandgronden, kiezels, en heterogene wijnpercelen die om een andere aanpak van verbouwing vragen; een geweldige druif zoals de Verdejo, waar ze al honderden jaren van genieten; extreme temperaturen met zeer strenge winters en droge zomers die het rijpingsproces van de druiven be\u00efnvloeden;<\/p>\n<p>Een groep vrienden en liefhebbers van goede wijnen ontmoette elkaar in 2008 op een prachtig wijnlandgoed in het Spaanse dorp Ventosa de la Cuesta. Deze wijngaard van 34 hectare vormde de inspiratie voor deze vriendengroep om enkele jaren later samen het besluit te nemen om een wijnbouwproject\u00a0 genaamd &#8216;Bellor\u00ed Vinos\u2019 aan te gaan. Hun filosofie is om wijnen met een geheel eigen typisch karakter te produceren, expressief en complex, maar tegelijkertijd subtiel en authentiek.<\/p>\n<h3>Verdejo druif<\/h3>\n<p>Verdejo is afgeleid uit &#8216;verde&#8217; (wat groen betekent in het Spaans) en refereert naar de fel groene kleur van de druif. Het is \u00e9\u00e9n van de beste Spaanse witte druivenrassen, oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit Noord-Afrika, maar wordt al sinds de 11e eeuw ook in Spanje verbouwd. vaak maar een klein druifje met een ruwe schil die bescherming biedt aan het extreme klimaat van dit gebied. Typisch voor de Verdejo is dat ze zeer aromatische, frisse en zachte wijnen oplevert. Eigenlijk helemaal niet wat we van Spanje zouden verwachten. Bovendien leent de druif zich ook uitstekend om op hout op te voeden. Deze wijnen veranderen dan qua stijl, zijn voller met tonen van o.a. honing en noten. De Bellori Rueda Verdejo Joven is hier juist niet van gediend. Hier gaat ie voor juist frisse tonen. De fruitige aroma&#8217;s doen denken aan tropisch fruit, perzik, rijpe appel, bloemen en citrus.
