De bodems hier zijn klei\/kalksteen, en het is beplant tot 100% Merlot. Diep paars-zwart van kleur. De Chateau Bellevue St Emilion Grand Cru Classe 2019 Bellevue rolt sensueel uit het glas met verleidelijke tonen van geconserveerde pruimen, bosbessencompote en Schwarzwalder kirsch taart plus hints van kaneelpoeder, kruidnagelolie, gekonfijte viooltjes en steranijs. Vol, geconcentreerd en volledig verleidelijk in de mond, de decadente zwarte en blauwe vruchten worden goed ondersteund door stevige maar fluweelzachte tannines en tonnen frisheid, met een zeer lange en heerlijk weelderig afdronk. Een hele mooie, verleidelijke Bellevue. Ch\u00e2teau Bellevue in Saint Emilion staat dan ook bekend om zijn geweldige terroir. Dat wisten de oude Romeinen al.\u00a0 De wedergeboorte van Chateau Bellevue begint in de 17e eeuw. Ondertussen in eigendom van de familie Bo\u00fcard van Ch\u00e2teau Ang\u00e9lus sinds 2007 (hun eerste oogst was 2008), Dit is een relatief klein landgoed van slechts 6,8 hectare. Ch\u00e2teau Bellevue wordt altijd gemaakt van 100% Merlot, want dat is alles wat er in de wijngaard bestaat.<\/p>\n<p>Ook dit is weer een Bordeaux die het \u00e9n goed in de kelder \u00e9n op tafel doet. Ch\u00e2teau Bellevue is beter met minstens 8-10 jaar rijping in goede jaargangen. . Hierdoor kan de wijn zachter worden en zijn parfum openen. Dit vraagt om <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wijnspijs.nl\/magazine\/hoofdgerecht-kerst\/\">grootste diners op speciale momenten<\/a>. Die gaan er zeker komen in de komende tijd!<\/p>\n<h2>Toch even wat over de laatste Saint-\u00c9milion-classificatie uit 2012<\/h2>\n<p>De wijnen van de rechteroever werden geheel overgeslagen in de classificatie van 1855 van de Medoc. De appellatie Saint-\u00c9milion kwam daarom met een eigen classificatie in 1955. Anders aan deze classificatie is dat men de classificatie periodiek herziet. De huidige classificatie dateert van 2012. De classificatie bestaat uit drie kwaliteitsniveaus: Grand Cru Class\u00e9, Premier Grand Cru Class\u00e9 B en Premier Grand Cru Class\u00e9 A, waarbij de laatste de beste is. Er zijn overigens ook wijnen uit Saint-\u00c9milion met de titel Grand Cru (zonder Class\u00e9): deze wijnen gebruiken een term uit de AOC-wetgeving, maar hebben niets te maken met de classificatie.<\/p>\n<p>Van deze laatste zijn er meer dan 250. Je vindt de laatste &#8220;grand cru&#8217;s wel eens bij het Shell pompstation in de aanbieding. Het is maar een weetje&#8230;. in tegenstelling de premier Grand cru classe A en B doen juist ongeveer \u20ac 400,00. De Chateau Bellevue St Emilion Grand Cru Classe 2019 is een Grand cru Class\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Deze wijn moet nog rijpen op de fles. Vanaf 2024 is deze wijn op dronk en kan bewaard worden tot 2040.
