Nu ook een witte wijn van Calalenta!<\/h2>\n

Calalenta is vooral bekend van de heerlijke ros\u00e9! Nu heeft dit wijnhuis ook een witte wijn! Heel wat anders, maar zeker de moeite waard om eens te proberen. De Calalenta Pecorino Terre di Chieti is familielid van de druif Trebbiano Abruzzese. Hij heeft een onbetwistbare kwaliteit en is in staat om te verrassen als het zelfs met wat jaren rijper wordt gedronken. De Calalenta Pecorino Terre di Chieti heeft aroma’s van verse peer, perziken en abrikoos met een minerale ondertoon. In het glas heeft de wijn een lichtgele kleur met heldere groene reflecties. Lekker rijp fruitige geur met complexe aroma’s. Alpine achtige frisheid, begeleiden de\u00a0 zachte textuur. prima lange afdronk. Lekker bij een linguine frutti di mare<\/a> tomaten saus. Ook inzetbaar bij ham en meloen, zachte kazen. Prima ook solitair te drinken. Schenk hem op 10-12 graden.e<\/p>\n

Calalenta is ontstaan op de heuvels van het Majella massief een paar kilometer van de Adriatische zee. Het terroir is er perfect voor wijnbouw, er heerst een echt microklimaat, altijd een zomerse zeebries en frisse wind afkomstig van de bergtoppen op een kalk en kleihoudende bodem. Pecorino is een redelijk zeldzaam druivenras, er is slecht 300ha aangeplant in Abruzzo en Le Marche. De druiven zijn hier aangeplant volgens het Pergola systeem voor optimale sanitaire omstandigheden.<\/p>\n

Fantini Farnese<\/h3>\n

De Fantini Group is ontstaan in het kleine stadje Ortona, Abruzzo, in het hart van de Middellandse Zee. Opgericht in 1994, door drie partners Filippo, Valentino en Camillo, ook wel “de drie dromers” genoemd omdat ze in staat waren om dromen die onmogelijk leken, uit te laten komen, om een realiteit te cre\u00ebren die het vlaggenschip was van Zuid-Itali\u00eb zonder veel geld of wijngaarden te hebben maar met een zeer innovatief bedrijfsmodel.<\/p>\n

Hier is de grootste “Boutique Winery” in Itali\u00eb gevestigd. Dit impliceert een nauwgezette aandacht voor elk detail, te beginnen bij de wijngaarden. Om te beginnen worden de druiven zorgvuldig geselecteerd en de verwerking uitgevoerd door een team van 21 jonge wijnmakers met een grote internationale ervaring, waardoor we wijnen van grote waarde kunnen hebben, gewaardeerd over de hele wereld.<\/p>\n

Dankzij haar gedetailleerde onderzoek naar het produceren van wijnen, is de Fantini Farnese-groep al drie jaar bekroond tot de beste producent van wijn in Itali\u00eb – 2016, 2017 en 2019. Dat is een fenomenale vooruitgang,\u00a0 \u00a0Deze groep maakt verschillende labels van wijnen zoals Vini Fantini, Tenute Rossetti, Vesevo, Vigniti Del Vulture, Vigniti Del Salento, Vigneti Zabu, Cantina Sava, Luccarelli, Gran Sasso, Cantine Cellaro, Caldora en Terre Natuzzi.<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
