De Veuve du Vernay Ice Ros\u00e9 is een feestje op zichzelf. De wijn heeft een duidelijk zoetje (demi sec) met een vriendelijke mousse. Wij zijn super enthousiast hierover en is zeker iets dat u geprobeerd moet hebben!! Deze stijl wijn is als trend begonnen door het wel bekende huis Mo\u00ebt &amp; Chandon. De verpakking is dan ook een mooi roze folie voor de herkenbaarheid! Wijnmaker Jean-Jaques Hochet heeft hier zijn eigen invulling en twist aangegeven. Niet zonder succes. Wij zijn fan!<\/p>\n<p>Voor de optimale beleving nemen we eerst het grote wijnglas dus geen fl\u00fbte. Deze vullen we af met ijsblokjes. Vervolgens voegen we het rode fruit zo als aalbesjes, aardbei of frambozen en een vers muntblaadje toe. Als laatste schenken we deze heerlijke ros\u00e9 er overheen. In de geur bespeurden wij aangename tonen van framboos, aardbei en grapefruit. De smaak is verfrissend ondanks het lichtje zoetje. Het zoetje is duidelijk getemperd door de koude van het ijs.\u00a0 Het rode fruit danst in het glas en vormen een fijn samenspel met de partjes rood fruit. De afdronk is lekker lang en zeer aangenaam. Dit is super lekker voor een borrel voor met vriendinnen of als openingsdrankje voor een feestje! Succes verzekerd! Heerlijk ook bij een mooie<a href=\"https:\/\/rutgerbakt.nl\/taart-recepten\/vruchtentaart\/fruittaart-en-aardbeientaart-recept\/\"> fruittaart<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Er is hier\u00a0 gebruik gemaakt van de druiven Cinsault, Grenache Noir en Syrah. Drie druiven die de perfecte eigenschappen hebben voor het maken van een goede rose wijn. Er wordt tenslotte al veel normale een uitstekende stille <a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/winkel\/rose\/\">ros\u00e9<\/a> van deze druiven geproduceerd. Deze blend gaat samen met suiker en gist (liqueur de tirage) in de kelders om zo de perfecte mousse in de wijn te krijgen. Doordat deze Veuve du Vernay Ice Rose licht zoet is, wordt er meer dosage aan de wijn toegevoegd dan dat men bij de Brut zou doen.<\/p>\n<h3>Veuve du Vernay<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wijnclubamsterdam.nl\/en\/kenmerk\/domein\/veuve-du-vernay\/\">Veuve du Vernay<\/a> is een weerspiegeling van de Franse levensstijl: geraffineerd, spontaan, romantisch, elegant en chique. Dit wijnhuis presenteert een range mousserende wijnen, geproduceerd in Bordeaux, het hart van de Franse wijnbouw. Mousserende wijnen spelen een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse Franse levensstijl. Ze worden gedronken als aperitief, bij de maaltijd, bij feestelijke gelegenheden. Een wijn niet weg te denken uit het Franse &#8220;Joie de vivre&#8221;. De gouden bubbels van Veuve du Vernay worden gemaakt met respect voor de Franse traditie door het huis van Patriarche in Beaune in de Bourgogne.<br \/>\nDe druiven zijn afkomstig van wijnstokken die geduldig en met respect voor het milieu zijn verzorgd door druiventelers die partner zijn van Patriarche.<\/p>\n<p>When the grapes are ripe, the vines are carefully harvested and the grapes are selected. Veuve du Vernay\u2019s oenologist, Jean-Jacques HOCHET, applies all his know-how to every step of the winemaking process. It begins with pressing to obtain the \u201cbase wine.\u201d Next, a small amount of sugar and some yeast are added to the wine. The mixture of sugar and yeast helps to initiate the fermentation process and form the bubbles. This is followed by several months of rest under the supervision of our Cellar Master, allowing the wines to develop all their flavor and bubbles.
