Ja, er is ook een witte Ch\u00e2teauneuf du Pape. En laat dat nou een absolute briljante wijn zijn…<\/h2>\n

Ch\u00e2teau La Nerthe Ch\u00e2teauneuf du Pape Blanc is een biologische witte wijn met aantrekkelijke tonen van perzik, een overrijpe peer, mandarijn, alsook een romige vanillesaus beleving.\u00a0 Gefermenteerd en gerijpt in een mix van barriques, demi-muids en tanks. De wijn is medium tot full-bodied, mollig, met zijdeachtige textuur en lang. Gemaakt van 50% Roussanne, 38% Grenache Blanc<\/a> en 12% Clairette, deze prachtige witte wijn heeft een open, royale neus van perzik, gele appel en cr\u00e8me anglaise. Het heeft ook wat geroosterds op de achtergrond, maar de Ch\u00e2teau La Nerthe Ch\u00e2teauneuf du Pape blanc \u00a0is erg fris met een heerlijk glijdende textuur. Zacht en romig. niet alleen complex en krachtig maar gewoon ook lekker. Het heeft gewoon alles.<\/p>\n

Het is niet nodig om met deze wijn te haasten. Het is zeker ongelooflijk lonend om ook nog hem even een paar jaartjes te bewaren. Fantastisch om hem te combineren met gepocheerde tarbot met een fijne beurre blanc of een paar gegrilde St. Jacobsschelpen. Ook prachtig\u00a0 bij een kip op Marokkaanse wijze met gestoofde kweeperen.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00c9en van de oudste landgoederen uit de Zuid -Rh\u00f4ne.<\/h3>\n

Ch\u00e2teau La Nerthe is een van de oudste landgoederen in Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape en strekt zich uit over 220 hectare rond het kasteel. Leemachtige, zanderige bodems bezaaid met grote kiezelstenen produceren finesse en aromatische expressie. De locatie, in de buurt van een van de weinige natuurlijke bronnen van de benaming Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape, zorgt voor een microklimaat dat overdag warm is, maar ’s nachts koel. Dit microklimaat zorgt voor witte wijnen met een sterke persoonlijkheid.<\/p>\n

De oogst gebeurt vroeg in de ochtend om te profiteren van de koelere temperaturen en de druiven zijn gesorteerd om onvolmaakt fruit te verwijderen. De fermentatie van het Roussanne-sap vindt plaats in vaten van 60 gallon (1\/3 nieuw) en rijpt vervolgens op hun droesem. De resterende vari\u00ebteiten worden langzaam geperst als hele druiven voor alleen premium sapextracties. De most wordt vervolgens gerijpt in roestvrijstalen vaten met temperatuurregeling en opgeslagen om te rijpen op de droesem.
