Mooi biologisch rood uit Marche.<\/h2>\n

Elegant in zijn robijnrode kleur, La Fogliola Rosso heeft een vineuse en intense neus met hints van rijp rood fruit. Bij het proeven wordt een goede structuur van een harmonieuze, zachte wijn waargenomen.\u00a0 Ook zeker diepgang hier. Rode en zure kers met tonen van cranberry die zich door hun zuurgraad laten zien – fris en levendig – heerlijk gewoonweg. Organic<\/a> gemaakt van Sangiovese en zonder toevoegingen gemaakt. Eerlijk en heerlijk ,dat is het credo! Om met vrienden van te genieten. Ideaal geserveerd op 16-18 \u00b0, het past perfect bij alles wat rood en puur is. Deze wijn had nog geen importeur in Nederland dus dat zijn, na het proeven, dan ook maar zelf gaan doen. Zo enthousiast waren we.\u00a0 Kortom, Try it out en laat u verrassen.\u00a0 Heerlijk bovendien voor bij de pizza en de pasta!<\/p>\n

Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo, in de zachte heuvels van de regio Marche<\/h3>\n

Na de restauratie van een oud dorp in de 20e eeuw, ontstond de Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo Winery. Prachtig gelegen op de glooiende heuvels van het platteland van Marche, een oase in het centrum van Montefeltro, heeft de in 2003 opgerichte boerderij van de wijnmakerij een landuitbreiding van 360 hectare. De wijnmakerij ligt op een klein eindje rijden van Urbino en op ongeveer 20 km van Pesaro. Tenuta Santi Giacomo e Filippo is een gecertificeerde biologische wijnmakerij die druivensoorten verbouwt, waaronder Sangiovese, Montepulciano en Verdicchio. Wijnmaker Marianna Bruscoli fermenteert en rijpt deze La fogliola Rosso in roestvrij staal gedurende 5 maanden voordat de wijn wordt gebotteld, gefilterd en ongeraffineerd. In overeenstemming met de regionale filosofie om harmonie met het landschap te bereiken, is La Fogliola Rosso vernoemd naar de rivier aan de rand van het landgoed.<\/p>\n

Een lange ervaring in biologische wijnbereiding<\/h3>\n

Sinds 1997 cultiveert de wijnmakerij unieke wijnstokken met de biologische landbouwmethoden. De eigenaar cultiveert een breed scala aan wijnstokken, waaronder Bianchello, Verdicchio, Sauvignon Blanc en Chardonnay. Enkele andere druiven die het bedrijf teelt zijn de unieke Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Petit Verdot, Syrah en Incrocio Bruni 54. Met CCPB-certificering produceert het wijnhuis tegenwoordig veel rode, witte en mousserende wijnen van topklasse. Samen met biologische wijn produceert Giacomo e Filippo ook extra vergine olijfolie en verschillende soorten biologische honingproducten gemaakt met IGT Marche Rosso. Het bevat wilde bloemenhoning, acaciahoning en boshoning.
