Sourced from the best vineyards in the Treviso region of Veneto. So you can actually call this a prosecco. Both the grape and the region are known for the production of Prosecco. The grapes are picked young to capture the freshness and vibrancy of the aromas. The wine is aged for up to 12 months and then carefully de-alcoholized by Oddbird.

What surprised us is the skill in the de-alcoholization process, which retains all the intensity and summeriness of the wine. Ripe pear, crisp Granny Smith apple, grapefruit sorbet and elderflower mingle with the cheerful bubbles of sipping Prosecco. It tastes made even better by knowing there won’t be a headache in the morning.
