The products you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. This legal guarantee means that a product is or should be that which the consumer can reasonably expect of it. As a consumer, you have up to 14 calendar days after receipt of the order to indicate that you wish to return all or part of the order. After notification of the return, you have another 14 days to return the product to the web store.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal is wine, whose seal has been broken after delivery. This is because of health protection reasons, wine is not suitable to be returned if the seal has been broken.
