Beaurempart Grande Réserve Rouge

Terroir and vinification

Pays d’Oc possesses a Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mild winters. Nights are cool. The soil consists of limestone and clay. The grapes are regularly tested for ripeness and only harvested when fully ripe. They are destemmed and crushed and then fermented in concrete cuves. The wine matures for several months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Beaurempart Grande Réserve Rouge

Deep-coloured ruby red wine with an elegant bouquet of blackcurrants, plums, green peppers and subtle notes of vanilla and toffee. The palate is generous and juicy and possesses a velvety finish. Delicious wine with tournedos with garlic potatoes from the oven, marinated spare ribs, grilled vegetables and spicy cheeses.
