The Civa Spumante Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry boasts a pale lemon color with a fine and persistent sparkle. The nose reveals floral and fruity aromas, followed by hints of barley, bread crust, dried fruits, and roasted almonds. This wine is well-balanced, with a pleasant minerality in the finish. Its characteristic straw-yellow hue with golden reflections complements the fruity scents of apple, pear, and citrus. The flavor is richly fruity with a soft mousse, making each sip a refreshing experience.

The Story Behind Tenimenti Civa Blanc de Blancs Spumante

Located in Bellazoia di Povoletto, in the province of Udine, Tenimenti Civa is dedicated to an ambitious project encompassing both indigenous grape varieties such as Ribolla Gialla, Friulano, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, and Schioppettino, as well as international varieties like Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Glera, Cabernet, and Merlot. The winemaking process begins with gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a secondary fermentation in an autoclave at controlled temperatures of 16°-18°C. This careful process results in the refined taste and quality of the Civa Spumante Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry.

This versatile wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with a wide range of dishes, including raw shellfish, ham with melon, various appetizers, and seafood dishes such as fried vegetables and fish carpaccio. Serve chilled at a temperature between 8-10°C to fully enjoy its flavors.
