What is a Coravin?

Een Coravin is een wijnbewaarsysteem welke het mogelijk maakt om van een glas wijn te genieten, zonder de fles te hoeven openen. Het systeem gebruikt een naald die door de kurk heengaat, en injecteert argongas in de fles bij het uitschenken van de wijn. Hierdoor kan er geen zuurstof bij de wijn komen en wordt er een vacuüm gevormd. Doordat de kurk onaangetast is kan deze weer als normaal uitzetten om het kleine gaatje te dichten. Dit voorkomt dat de wijn oxideert en bederft en kun je dus langer genieten van dezelfde fles! Van weken, maanden tot zelfs jaren!

How do you use a Coravin?
