All prices listed on the wineclubamsterdam.nl website are in Euros, including VAT and excluding any shipping costs.
Delivery time and delivery
Wijnclubamsterdam.nl aims to deliver the order to the customer within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Wijnclubamsterdam.nl is however also dependent on deliveries by importers. If Wijnclubamsterdam.nl cannot meet the delivery time due to circumstances we will contact you by phone or e-mail to report this and to find a solution. Shipments that are returned to us because our courier or delivery service cannot deliver will be resent in consultation with the customer. The additional cost will be borne by the customer.
Trial guarantee
If the wine is not to your liking, please contact us at info@wijnclubamsterdam.nl. Together with you we will look for a reasonable solution in which we will first offer a comparable product as a replacement of at least the same value. The products that are not to your satisfaction should then be returned. Should this alternative also not be to your satisfaction, you can return the products for a full refund.
Content inaccuracies
The content of the webshop of Wijnclubamsterdam.nl is composed with the utmost care and kept up to date. However, the products delivered may sometimes differ slightly from the description on the website. For example, due to the fact that a vintage is no longer available. Should the delivery deviate significantly from the content on the website, Wijnclubamsterdam.nl will seek an appropriate solution in consultation with you.
Establishment of the agreement
When the ordering process has been completed and the order has been shipped, a binding agreement exists at that time with respect to the products in the shopping cart. After the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message. The purchase agreement is established as soon as we confirm the order or the products have been delivered.
Right of Withdrawal
In Europe there is a statutory ‘cooling off period’ of 14 working days after delivery of your order. In the event that our delivery service is unable to deliver your order because there is no one at the delivery address, that day will count as the delivery date. You will be notified by the delivery person. Within this period you can cancel the order without giving reasons. You must do this in writing by sending an email to info@wijnclubamsterdam.nl.

Should the products be damaged or used, you will be charged a statutory amount. If the cancellation conditions are met, the agreement is dissolved and a refund will be made to your bank account within 14 days. The costs of return shipment are borne by the customer.
