Aromas of ripe berries, cherries, and some Mediterranean herbs. Soft, elegant, and with pleasant tannins. The wine undergoes traditional vinification; each grape variety is vinified separately. The Marselan grape receives an extra-long ripening period. This ensures that more water evaporates from the grape during ripening, giving the wine a richer and somewhat luscious flavor. As a result, the wine has a very soft mouthfeel. The wine ages for 5 months in French oak barrels for added roundness.
