You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €9 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, together with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to Wijnen.nl. Excluded from the right of withdrawal is wine where the bottle seal has been broken. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
