The classic Anthilia by Donnafugata is highly appreciated worldwide. Anthilia has a straw-yellow color. The nose presents a fresh and fruity bouquet with notes of white flesh (apple) combined with scents of wildflowers. On the palate, we find the distinct fruity note again, refreshed by pleasant juiciness. It finishes with a long aftertaste. It is characterized by a fresh and fragrant bouquet with fruity and floral notes. Excellent with tuna, Caesar salad, and even spring rolls. Serve chilled at 9-11°C.

    Donnafugata Anthilia

In this wine is the Catarratto the predominant variety; the blend is complemented by other native and international varieties. The vineyards are located  in southwestern Sicily, on the Contessa Entellina estate and adjacent areas. More information about the producer is available Donnafugata. Donnafugata operates according to the principles of ecologically sustainable viticulture. This involves integrated management from pruning to thinning, the selection of different harvest times, and night harvesting (which gives the grapes a fresh style). This results in healthy and well-ripened grapes for Anthilia, Donnafugata's classic.
