Vintages
We try to display the available vintages of all our wines as accurately as possible on the website. However, vintages change continuously, so discrepancies are possible.
Do you want 100% certainty about the vintage of the wine you wish to order? Then please contact us. We would be happy to check the available vintages for you in our warehouse and reserve the bottles for you.
Payment
In our webshop, you can pay with all common payment methods in the Netherlands and Belgium.

That is possible, but delivery will take a little longer! We ship the order immediately after payment. You can pay for your order by bank transfer. Please contact us regarding your order.
Checkout
When you log in with your Wijnclub account, you can see the status of your order under “my orders”. Here you can also view exactly what you have ordered.
As soon as the order has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you have not received a confirmation email, it may have ended up in your spam folder. Sometimes, an error may also have been made in the email address. If you still have not received a confirmation email, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or call us at 020-2440919.
Because we want to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible, our logistics schedule is very tight. It may therefore happen that the wines have already left our warehouse, meaning the order can unfortunately no longer be changed. If you wish to change your order, it is best to contact us directly at 020-2440919. We can then immediately look into the possibilities.
Delivery
All orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. In 99% of cases, it will be delivered to the address you provided the next business day. If you place your order after 3:00 PM, the delivery time can take up to two business days. Please take delivery peak times into account! For example, during Sinterklaas and Christmas, it may take a little longer for your package to be delivered. So order on time!
Our orders are delivered by PostNL. Once PostNL has processed your order, you will receive the Track & Trace code by email so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Do you live within the Amsterdam ring road? Then we will probably stop by ourselves with our electric cargo bike. We will make a delivery appointment with you for this.
In the Netherlands, we deliver our wines free of charge for orders over €100. For orders under this amount, we charge €9.50 shipping costs. In Belgium, we deliver free of charge for orders over €150. For orders under this amount, we charge €12.40.
Certainly! You can also pick up your order at our office at Lauriergracht 54bg in Amsterdam. Please contact us beforehand so we can make sure you don't arrive to find the door closed. The order must be paid for online first.
Returns
If the delivered wine does not meet your expectations, you may return the box within 14 days. The shipping costs are at your own expense. Returns will only be accepted if the original packaging and the bottles, including the labels, are undamaged.
