Shipping costs
Shipping in the Netherlands is € 7.75 for orders under € 75. Above € 75 shipping is free. Shipping to Belgium is € 10.45. Above € 100, shipping to Belgium is free of charge.
Delivery time
Orders placed on weekdays before 3 p.m. are shipped the same day via PostNL. In 99% of cases, the package will be delivered to the address you provided the next business day. If you place the order after 3 p.m., the delivery time may take up to two business days.
You will receive an automatic e-mail message with the track&trace code of the package, which gives an indication .
Keep in mind peak times with package delivery companies, especially with Black Friday, Sinterklaas and Christmas. Then it may take longer for your package to be delivered. So order on time or opt for pickup!
Delivery
PostNL will deliver the order to your home. You can also opt for delivery to a PostNL collection point near you. If you are not at home, PostNL will deliver your package to a PostNL collection point. The package must be picked up within one week. Otherwise it will be returned to us.
18+ age check
It is important to note that with the new alcohol law effective July 2021, an 18+ age check has been introduced. This should prevent children/young people from ordering alcohol online. Just leaving it at the front door or delivering it to the neighbors is not possible. The person receiving the package must show proof of identity to the delivery person to prove that he/she is 18 years of age or older.
