• Taittinger Brut Réserve: Taittinger Brut Réserve ages on its lees in the cellar for a minimum of 3 years. This gives the Champagne excellent aromatic potential. Golden yellow in color, fine bubbles, while the foam is soft yet lingers. The nose, very open and extroverted, immediately delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also releases the scent of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), and a hint of vanilla. Immediately lively on the palate, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with aromas of fresh fruit and honey. The Taittinger Brut Réserve is a blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%) wines from more than 35 different vineyards and vintages aged to perfection. Such a high proportion of Chardonnay, unique among fine non-vintage champagnes, and a minimum aging of three years in the cellars make Taittinger Brut Réserve a delicate and refined champagne, known for its consistently excellent quality.
