Every step in the winemaking process is carried out with care:

• Storage in temperature-controlled tanks to retain freshness
• Use of inert gas to optimally protect the aromas

Thanks to this precise method, the characteristic properties of the Chardonnay grape perfectly preserved. In particular the combination of malolactic fermentation and aging on lees contributes to the pleasant roundness of the wine – but without oak aging!
