The Kolonne Null Cuvée Blanc Sparkling sparkles lively light golden yellow in the glass. The nose is characterized by fruity aromas of pear and mirabelle plum and a hint of yellow apple. Fresh and fruity on the palate, perfectly balanced and blessed with a decent drinking flow. The fine bubbles subtly burst on the tongue and provide that extra bit of pleasure. A charming alternative to all types of sparkling wines! The fine sparkling creates a fresh taste of ripe grapes and a little bit of lime.
This dry non-alcoholic sparkling wine is made from the grapes/wines of the renowned winery. Freiherr von Gleichenstein from Kaiserstuhl in Southwest Germany and released by Kolonne Null from Berlin. The well-coordinated team, complex top wines, and long-standing relationships are therefore hallmarks of this winery from BadenImpressive enough to add Gleichenstein to the Kolonne Null collection. In short, an ideal companion for every day!
Kolonne Null stands for the exceptional demand for quality, enjoyment, and style. The company presents a variety of the best alcohol-free wines and sparkling varieties, which they develop in co-production with award-winning family wineries. Research in their own laboratory lays the foundation for every creation. Only the most brilliant compositions are de-alcoholized on a larger scale and are therefore part of the Kolonne Null collection. With the growing reputation of alcohol-free wine, the Berlin start-up “Kolonne Null” also succeeded in getting the names of the winemakers who produced the base wine onto the elaborately designed gold label. This is a step out of anonymity and, moreover, simultaneously a promise of quality.
It is the latest discovery from a movement that wants to enjoy consciously and have a hangover-free day. In regular wine shops, people probably still look at you strangely if someone asks for such wine advice, but according to the German Wine Institute, healthy drinking is becoming increasingly popular. And this new Kolonne Null Cuvée Blanc Sparkling has absolutely nothing to do with ordinary grape juice: for the alcohol-free version, the alcohol has been removed from conventional wine by means of vacuum distillation. The lower the pressure, the lower the boiling point of the wine at which it evaporates. In this way, it loses fewer aromas that are important for the taste – a technique, and one that is becoming increasingly refined, intended to give the wine its character. The Berlin start-up Kolonne Null is committed to being in season all year round: quality wines from German, Spanish, and French winemakers are de-alcoholized here.
