Juicy red fruit, cherries, strawberries, and a hint of spices. This elegant red wine from the Pays d’Oc shows that Pinot Noir can also thrive in the South of France. In cooler spots near Limoux, the grapes ripen slowly and develop their rich aromas.

The best Pinot Noir grapes are selected and blended into a harmonious whole. The wine ages in French oak barrels, which adds extra complexity. On the nose, you encounter wild strawberries, raspberries, and black cherries.

80% of the wine ferments for two weeks in stainless steel and 20% ages in American oak. Subsequently, the wine ages in oak for 4 months.

About Domaines Paul Mas

Paul Mas Estate is situated between Pézenas and Montpellier, just 10 km from the Mediterranean Sea. Over the past 20 years, the winery has grown from 35 to no less than 850 hectares of vineyards, spread across 15 different domaines.
