Rosé with 89 points from Wine Enthusiast

With Le Rosé par Paul Mas in the glass, life simply becomes a party. Whether the sun is shining or not. It is a delicious rosé from the Languedoc with plenty of red fruit, such as redcurrant and strawberry, in the aroma and taste. In addition, the wine has the delightful, lightly toasted "garrique" aromas of Mediterranean herbs. The taste is fresh, juicy, and easy to drink. The acidity in the finish gives this wine a pleasantly crisp aftertaste. Of course, on summer days, you do need to be extra careful with this tasty, easy-drinking wine. A nice, cheerful bottle, sealed with a glass stopper (Vinolok). This protects the wine very well against oxidation and... you will never forget the corkscrew. Handy! Delicious as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to light dishes such as a classic Salade Niçoise, Vitello Tonnato, grilled sardines, and charcuterie. Le Rosé par Paul Mas is made from a blend of 40% Grenache Gris, 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Pinot Gris, 10% Cinsault and 10% Caladoc. The Wine Enthusiast gives this rosé 89/100 points.
