    “The Champagne of Champagnes”

What a treat… Deliciously creamy and smooth. Superbly balanced and beautifully crafted. The Dom Perignon Brut Vintage 2013 is a highly regarded champagne with complex characteristics. Aromas of white flowers, citrus fruit, and mineral notes fill the nose. Subtle hints of brioche and almond complete the aromatic profile. This champagne is produced in the famous Champagneregion of France. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes form the basis of this exclusive wine. Dom Perignon guarantees exceptional quality and craftsmanship.

It doesn't get any better than this.

The Dom Perignon brut Vintage 2013 shows a brilliant flavor structure. Fresh acidity balances perfectly with a creamy texture. Notes of white fruit and discreet herbs characterize the taste. It combines excellently with refined dishes. Seafood, poultry and soft cheeses make perfect partners. Ideal as an aperitif or on special occasions. The serving temperature of 10-12°C emphasizes the subtle flavor nuances.

    Tradition and Modern Winemaking

Manual harvesting of the best grapes is essential. Traditional Champagne production methods are combined with modern insights. The wine ages for years in the cellars for optimal development. Every detail contributes to the exceptional quality of this vintage Champagne.

    Vintage 2013

After a cold, wet winter, the spring was gray, quite cool, and extremely rainy.
The vines began to bloom about two weeks later than the decade average, a delay that lasted until the harvest. The hot and dry summer was the sunniest ever in the Champagne region, which proved particularly favorable for the quality of the grapes.
The rain in early September quickly gave way to an east wind that kept the grapes healthy until they were picked. The harvest at Dom Pérignon begins on September 28. Tasting this vintage revealed a promising balance between acidity and body.

The story of Dom Pierre Pérignon, a visionary man

In 1668, Dom Pierre Pérignon, a Benedictine monk, was appointed procurator of the Abbey of Hautvillers.
In an era when everything was guided by empirical methods, Dom Pierre Pérignon developed revolutionary techniques for viticulture and winemaking based on precise rules.
Father Pérignon modernized the abbey, restored the vineyard and started making “the best wine in the world”. The “wine of Father Pérignon” became one of the most sought-after wines in France. It was served at Versailles and enjoyed by none other than Louis XIV. His vision was deeply inspired and revolutionized winemaking, with standards that remain at the heart of all Champagne wines today.
The legacy of Dom Pierre Pérignon continues to fuel the creative vision of Dom Pérignon. Today, the legendary winery Moët & Chandon stands behind Dom Pérignon.
