In addition to the extremely popular red and white wines from I Muri, the Farnese winery has now also produced a Rosato! Full of flavor and not too dry. A delicious wine as an aperitif or drink. This wine has a bright, light color with an intense, persistent fruity scent, with hints of cherries, strawberries and roses. In the mouth a fresh, pleasant wine that is well balanced, with a long aftertaste and pleasant acidity.

I Muri Negroamaro Rosato

To make the Rosato, the producer Farnese Vini uses 100% Negroamaro. The grapes come from the vineyards on the Salento peninsula. Here they get perfect sun exposure. The soil consists of red earth and clay. After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed, after which the must ferments in steel tanks and remains on the sediment.

Wine and food combination

This wine is easy to drink and can be used with food. The refined acidity makes it an excellent wine with drinks or aperitif. But also delicious with starters, savory fish dishes, young cheeses and vegetable pie.
