Neropasso and Oropasso are two bestsellers in our range and are a delight to drink. Both wines are made using the Appassimento method, in which the grapes are first slightly dried. This results in beautifully concentrated and ripe wines full of flavor.

• Neropasso is the red wine made from the famous grape Cabernet Sauvignon with some Corvinone and Corvina. Two local grape varieties from Northern Italy that are also used to make the top wine Amarone to make of it. Neropasso has a velvety taste and a seductive aroma with plenty of fruit and a hint of vanilla. This wine is intense, juicy, and refined. Delicious to drink on its own, but also a red wine that pairs very well with red meat, for example.
• Oropasso is the white wine from the same winery made from Chardonnay and Garganega. On the nose, you immediately detect delicate aromas of floral notes, with plenty of fresh citrus and ripe yellow fruit. The taste is fresh and mineral, very well structured and balanced. A hint of vanilla in the long, balanced finish.
