• The San Marzano Talo Verdeca underwent cold skin maceration for 6 to 8 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging also takes place in French oak barrels for 3 months with periodic stirring of the yeast. As a result, the wine acquires a somewhat creamier texture.

San Marzano Talo Malvasia Nera

• With red fruit and spices, this wine acquires an intense and complex aromatic combination. The Malvasia Nera grapes are harvested in the second half of September. After skin maceration and fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. This results in a velvety wine on the palate with a long finish and full body without sacrificing elegance.
• The wine is often served with roasted meats such as goat and suckling pig. It also tastes fantastic with good, aged, intense hard cheeses like Pecorino and Parmesan.
