Ai Galli Prosecco extra dry has a beautiful, sparkling, fine mousse that makes the wine very refreshing. The nose is vibrant and aromatic, offering scents of wild apple, pear, a drop of honey, and a hint of acacia.
The flavors complement the bouquet seamlessly, with good drive and length. This Prosecco Spumante is produced in the classic style: extra dry. We are clearly dealing here with a beautiful dry version, rather than the more commercial and cheap variants that make your teeth ache.
An excellent aperitif that really gets the taste buds and tongues of you and your company going. Festive, thirst-quenching, and appetite-stimulating. This Prosecco has it all! A great alternative to expensive champagne.
Ai Galli Prosecco extra dry is made in the steep hilly landscape surrounding the town of Conegliano, about 50 kilometers directly north of Venice. For centuries, still white wine was produced here from the Prosecco grape when wine producer Antonio Carpenè came up with the idea of a sparkling variant. His Prosecco was an immediate success in the elegant bars around Piazza San Marco in Venice, and from there, it spread rapidly throughout Italy and Europe.
