In Bordeaux, the grapes thrive in a relatively cool climate, which is reflected, among other things, in particularly long and uniform grapes and a fairly moderate must weight. The grapes for this red wine from France are harvested exclusively by hand after optimal ripeness has been ensured. After the harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here, they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wooden vats at controlled temperatures. Then, a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally racked.

Château Rozier is located in the commune of Saint-Emilion in France and is a very well-known winery. The famous winemakers Earl Vign. ​​Saby J.B. & Fils produce this exquisite red wine. The winery has approximately twenty-eight hectares of vineyards filled primarily with old Merlot vines, but also a little Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
