This Gino Fasoli La Corte Del Pozzo Valpolicella is a firm Valpolicella. A red wine that stands firmly in its shoes. Lots of flavor and aromas! Made from the usual suspects: Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Some of the grapes used are dried for 15-20 days. This wine is slowly starting to resemble a “Ripasso” in taste. Nice and jammy red fruit with some spiciness and white pepper. Smooth, full body and yet with refreshing acidity for the necessary tension. Even has some tannins to give it that little kick. Great with a plate of charcuterie, some Coppa di Parma, some prosciutto and delicious with the raw steak tartare with some shaved summer truffle.
A pioneer in the field of organic farming from the Veneto region, with classic wines and a rich history. The Fasoli family has been the owners for many generations, and they have been working organically since 1984. And they keep it very simple there: They only produce wines that they enjoy drinking themselves. This means that Amadio and Natalino Fasoli refuse to use chemical products. They show deep respect for the protection of their terroir and the health of the people who live and work there. The biodynamic method currently used by the company aims to increase the vitality of the plants by restoring the ancient knowledge of the farmers who worked in harmony with the rhythms of nature. Their biodynamics focuses on restoring the balance lost due to intensive cultivation.
Quality must prevail over quantity. You can taste that at the Gino Fasoli La Corte del Pozzo Valpolicella.
We constantly strive for the best and develop and implement production techniques that have as little impact on the environment as possible. The portfolio consists of classic wines from the Veneto. Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone together with Soave and Prosecco. Everything Organic and of high quality.
