    Orchard vibes with this delicious South French blend!

    White peach, hints of nuts, lemon zest, and caramelized pear. Paul Mas Réserve Languedoc Blanc is an elegant and aromatic white wine from the AOP. Languedoc in the South of France that is reminiscent of a south-Rhone blend. The wine is made from a blend of four grape varieties: 40% Grenache Blanc, 30% Marsanne, 20% Vermentino (rolle) en 10% ViognierEach grape variety is vinified separately and then blended, giving the wine its layered character. This wine has fresh aromas of orange as well as tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, combined with subtle notes of vanilla and blossom. This is a nice choice for those who enjoy refined, full-bodied white wines with a fruity character.

    The taste of the Paul Mas Réserve Languedoc Blanc is rich and full-bodied, with a good balance between fresh and spicy notes.     Domaines Paul Mas

    Made by Domaines Paul Mas, a well-known winery in the Languedoc region. The grapes are pneumatically pressed, and fermentation takes place slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 to 18 °C. This process lasts 15 days, and aging takes place on the skins with regular bâtonnage (stirring of the yeasts) to add complexity and texture to the wine. Aging lasts 4 to 5 months, creating a subtle layering of taste and aroma, typical of high-quality wines.
