    Ultra friendly Cabernet….

Sultry Tarani Cabernet Sauvignon with an abundance of fruit. The wine's color is intense purplish-red. The red fruit is reminiscent of ripe raspberries, accompanied by hints of vanilla from the oak aging. Velvety smooth on the finish with round tannins. In any case, the renowned reviewing duo, Gilbert & Gaillard, 2017 – 83/100 points (2016), judges: “Deeply colored with a youthful sheen. Spicy nose of red and black fruit with floral presence. Soft palate offering a sense of well-being and freshness thanks to the healthy, juicy, and easy-drinking fruit. Pure indulgence. Drink with friends.” Yes, and with plenty of friends enjoying the wine. Great idea!

Traditional red wine vinification with a medium-length maceration (8 days) of the destemmed grapes for a supple mouthfeel. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation. Storage and vinification take place in stainless steel tanks.

The Tarani Cabernet Sauvignon is a fine wine in its own right!

The Tarani Cabernet Sauvignon is easy to drink on its own. Additionally, it is a delicious wine for the terrace when served slightly chilled. Pairing with food is very easy. For example, with dishes such as pizza calzone, pasta with mushroom and tomato sauce, vegetarian lasagna, a minced meat and tomato casserole, or an aubergine and courgette tagine. Well, the bottle will be empty before you know it.

Tarani holds the IGP Comté Tolosan appellation from the Sud Ouest region, with vineyards located north of Toulouse. The Tarani label features an amphora, a reference to the discovery of the first wine brand ĀRNI (Tarani) some 2,000 years ago. Various amphorae have been found at the archaeological site of Montans (near Gaillac); Tarani serves as the link between ancestral wine and the current "modern" wine taste.
