Tramin T Cuvée Rosé

This Rosato from Alto Adige is a beautiful blend of mostly Merlot and some Burgundy grapes, including Pinot Noir. Gorgeous pale pink in the glass with aromas of ripe strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, a nice balance of fruit and acidity. Refreshing, lively and pleasantly fruity with a fine finish. The perfect partner for a picnic, savory appetizers, or just delicious as an aperitif.

Tramin T Cuvée Bianco

The Tramin T Cuvee Bianco combines the regions historic grape varieties is a delightful blend of mainly Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. A bright, straw yellow color in the glass with a very aromatic and fresh scent of white flowers and apple. On the palate, the Tramin T Cuvee Bianco has enough acidity to balance the soft aromas well. A delicious young wine that is best with light starters, rice, vegetables and fish. Obviously also very suitable as an aperitif.

The storage potential of this wine is 2 to 3 years after the vintage.

Tramin T Cuvée Rosso

This Tramin T Cuvee Rosso is a very successful blend of the local Schiava (Vernatsch) grape, Pinot Noir and a little Merlot. It is a combination of the history and winemaking tradition of Alto Adige. Incredibly juicy with delicious red fruit and a nice freshness. Elegant and light, pure and a nice finish. This blend lends itself perfectly as a companion to light meat dishes or with grilled fish.

Summer Tip: Serve this red wine slightly chilled, ideally around 12-14 degrees Celsius. That way the fruit comes out even better and it is a great wine for a sunny day. In doing so, it can take fresh summer dishes to the next level.
