    A characterful organic (and iconic) Soave!

    This dry, complex white wine is truly a gem! Notes of lemon, lime, fennel, orange, peach, and mango are complemented by candied lemon. The result? A crisp, dry, and fresh-mineral wine made with great craftsmanship. This organic Soave consists entirely of Garganega-grapes, which are cultivated with care.     A harmonious taste experience

    On the palate, the Prà Otto Soave Classico reveals itself as a fresh and dry wine with plenty of character. First, you taste citrus fruit, followed by an elegant unfolding of riper yellow fruit. This is beautifully supported by a mineral undertone. The lively freshness ensures excellent balance and a refined finish. The pure and precise taste is characteristic of Graziano Prà's wines. This Soave pairs perfectly with:

    A winemaker with passion

    Since the early 1980s Graziano Prà plays an important role in the family business. His father and grandfather passed on the passion for winemaking, and thanks to his dedication, areas such as Monte Grande and Monte Bisson in Soave have gained international fame. These small-scale but highly regarded Crus are located in prime viticultural locations. Respect for the terroir is therefore central to his philosophy.

    Traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques

    The Prà Otto Soave Classico is made from carefully selected grapes sourced from vines between 30 and 60 years old. They grow on volcanic soils with a southeast exposure. After gentle pressing, controlled fermentation follows at 16-18 degrees in stainless steel tanks. This method optimally preserves the purity of the fruit. In the cellar, therefore, Graziano's focus is on emphasizing the pure fruit character of the Prà Otto Soave Classico.
