No, really not! Pour me another one because it is so delicious and… alcohol-free! Well, alright, the Kolonne Null Rosé Sparkling does have a tiny bit of 0.4% after all. It has a soft balance and lively mousse, reflected in a fruity, fresh soft pink color. The slightly playful friendliness of red berries and plums is in harmony with lively acidity. The light-footed alcohol-free Kolonne Null Rosé Sparkling is made from the Blauer Portugieser, Müller-Thurgau, and Regent grape varieties. It has a brilliant light pink color in the glass. Deliciously expressive notes of tart cherries, perfumed roses, mulberries, and lilacs. Bottled with only 2.9 grams of residual sugar. This light-footed and complex sparkling wine lies smoothly on the palate. Preferably drink this alcohol-free sparkling wine from Germany very well chilled at 5–7°C. Perfect as an aperitif, for festive occasions, or simply for socializing. Superb for a cozy baby shower.

As one of the first winemakers for the co-productions and the first ever alcohol-free Kolonne Null wine, a 2018 Silvaner, Kolonne Null shares a close working relationship and long evenings in the wine cellar with Julius Wasem. The entire family was born with a passion for wine. The three brothers, Julius, Philipp, and Gerhard Wasem, are now the fourth generation running the down-to-earth yet elegant 30-hectare family winery in the Kaiserpfalz. The Ingelheimer Grund offers the best soil for producing compelling wines with a distinctive style. Since 2018, our renowned Rosé Sparkling has also been produced in co-production with Wasem.

Column null , Premium alcohol-free

The shared enthusiasm for wine and enjoyment, the surprise at the lack of high-quality, alcohol-free food pairings, and the desire to create a product that fits a conscious yet refined and stylish lifestyle laid the foundation for Kolonne Null in 2018.

The founders, Philipp Rößle and Moritz Zyrewitz, have known each other since their student days. They faced the challenge of convincing people to launch a new product. Until then, no one believed in high-quality, alcohol-free wines; the market simply did not exist. Parallel to the first tastings of alcohol-free wines already available within their circle of friends, they began traveling to winemakers, wineries, and dealcoholization specialists all over the world.

In the summer of 2018 they produced their first wine in co-production with a small winery from Lower Austria, which we initially sold through weekly markets and wine shops. Because the subject was so well received and the customers were surprisingly open, the first major production took place shortly afterwards together with a VDP house from the Nahe. Since then they have been traveling through the world of wine, learning something new every day and we have built probably Europe's most specialized non-alcoholic wine company. Our in-house wine laboratory is in constant contact with our partner winemakers and research institutions to regularly raise the bar of what is possible. They  have evolved from industry newcomers to industry leaders. With the development of our laboratory and various research partnerships, they increasingly understand the fine-tuning of the company. More precise, more targeted and also more selective in the selection of their partners.
