Kolonne Null is a German wine project fully focused on quality non-alcoholic wines. They collaborate with wine producers throughout Europe. For this Sauvignon Blanc, grapes are used from Rueda, a region known for aromatic, refreshing wines and beautiful, expressive Sauvignon Blancs!

The production process is the same as for regular wine: pressing, fermentation, and aging. Subsequently, the alcohol is carefully removed via a controlled process, ensuring the aromas, acidity, and structure remain intact. In this way, the character of the wine is preserved, but without the alcohol.
